I visited Iceland for the first time last summer and I was completely blown away by the stunning landscape. It's a place of contrasts with a strange addictive beauty..…never ending lava fields, acres of black volcanic rock, geothermal springs and steaming rivers next to snowy peaks and glacial tongues; icebergs beached on black volcanic sand, or floating on a glacial lagoon, create a constantly shifting picture.
